What is the Priority Events Feature?
In short, an awesomely powerful new feature for Loss Prevention professionals, Security Operation Centres and ARCs.
The Priority Events page displays alarm activity based on a pre-determined list of 'Priority Events'. Rather than showing the latest event like Enterprise, the Priority Events feature will clearly outline the most high-risk sites based on set parameters, much like the software in an Alarm Receiving Centre.
The page shows all sites within your account currently in-alarm (or recently restored), with a 1 hour rolling refresh. This makes this an ideal tool for immediate alarm response on critical alarms such as Intruder, Fire and Fault conditions.
Uses Web Socket technology for instant updates on alarm activity, currently with no buffering,
In-browser notifications with recognisable sound prompts,
Customisable Priority Event list,
Ability to transition seamlessly from the Priority Event page to Enterprise for investigation,
How to access the Priority Events Page
If you are eligible for the feature, the Priority Event icon will appear in the left-hand menu bar:
Who has access to this feature?
Currently, the feature is locked-in for Admin users. This can be both Admin users of the entire account, or for a specific area or group within CONXTD.

Event List Customisation
As an Admin, you have the ability to customise the Priority Event list, by either adding new events to the sequence, or reordering their priorities. If, for example, you consider a Panic or Intruder alarm to be more of a priority than Fire, you would be able to change their order in the Priorities List.
If you require an customised Priority List, get in touch with our Professional Services Team via the Instant Messenger.
