If you are receiving multiple notifications for the same alarm, it is likely that you have notifications enabled for All Events along with other Event bundles. Learn about notification management below.

Managing Notifications

Within the Notifications tab you will get presented with all alarm bundles available for notifications and are able to chose your preferences for notifications for this premises:

a ) You have the ability to select All Events if you would like to receive a notification for every single alarm transmitted from your panel.

Or

b) You can select individual alarm bundles to receive notifications from.


For example if you would like to monitor Open and Close activity, but don't want to be notified of a system test or a change in the panel, then simply select Open / Close. Or alternatively if you would only like to know when a Burglary or Panic Alarm occurs simply just select those bundles.

Getting to Notification Manager on the app


1. Within the app tap Community in the bottom menu bar

2. Tap green edit icon next to the premises you would like to enable notifications

3. Tap the Notifications tab
